Turner Prize nomination for Helen Cammock

We are delighted to share the fantastic news that Helen Cammock, who has been working in Artlab Contemporary Print Studios since 2014 has been shortlisted for this year’s Turner Prize.

Helen Cammock’s whose practice combines photography, video, performance and print produced her first project in ACPS for the commission by Bookworks, which was presented during the Hull City Capital of Culture 2016.  The body of work ‘Shouting in Whispers’ was exhibited in Cubitt, London 2017 and Void Gallery, Derry Northern Island 2018 this work led to the pivotal point in her practice, her nomination and award of the Max Mara Prize.

Helen is currently working in ACPS to produce her Max Mara Award exhibition at The Whitechapel Gallery, London in June 2019.
